These are weapon skins for Q2 upscaled by Calinou, and now slightly modified by me. It's best to use them on top of Q2 Neural Upscale pack as it also has ground models that I did not touch nor include here. I made some slight changes for myself, and sharing it now with Calinou's permission. Check out recommendation section too. Tested on KMQuake2.

CHANGES:
all weapons: brightness decresed by 15-20
blaster: soften shadows on hand somewhat, also smudged and resprayed a bit of weapon itself above the handgrip
shotgun: smallest selective gaussian blur on some parts, smudging on others, small repaints, mostly on mag
super shotgun: soften shadows on hand somewhat, smallest selective gaussian blur
machinegun: soften shadows on hand somewhat
chaingun: decreased and soften shadows on barrels a bit
hand grenade: repainted shadows or perhaps these are just a darker colour sections
grenade launcher: soften shadows on hand somewhat, smudged dark paint in many places and bright paint a tiny bit too
rocket laucher: changed color temp a bit to decrease yellow
hyper blaster: tiny bit of smudging and spraing the barrel, smallest selective gaussian blur
railgun: added a bit of black to some parts of reddish glowing "power-chamber", smallest selective gaussian blur except glowing "power-chamber"
bfg10k: repainted hand to blend a bit better, smallest selective gaussian blur
INSTALLATION:
File should go to baseq2 folder. You might use it in other Q2 engines than KMQuake2, for this you might need to change file extension from pk3 to other that your engine supports (for example Yamagi uses .zip extension).

From my experience in KMQ2 game will use textures in alphabetical order so add some Z letter(s) to the beginning of file name if you want to test specific pack from recommendation

It's 12.12.2022, which means than Quake 2 was released 25 years ago in Europe. Thought that it might be a good time to release this little thing.
