Small quality of life mod, extremely bad lol, i mostly made this mod for myself since my pc is really bad and im tired of vanilla, so i made a little mod
General Changes:
-Decreased the amount of jingoism needed to add wargoal to 3%
-Increased Tank damage and decrease speed, more reconnaisse to "simulate" what tanks really did IRL
-Decreased artillery speed by 1KMPH
- 1900 Technologies now unlock in 1910, so Gas attack and other techs can be more "historically accurate" (i may change it tho)
-Now you can annex a country capital with the "Acquire State" wargoal, same with colonial concesions
-Changed some endgame techs adding more damage to tanks... etc
-European city states )Krakow, Montenegro, Luxembourg) now are annexed to their neighbours, altough you can still play as them, just select the country that annexed them and release them in the "Politics" tab
-UK now starts with that empty canadian tile in Cascadia, so USA doesnt grab it
-Rebalanced some tech schools
Thats basically most of it c:, im not native to english so take in count some parts here may not be really understandable.
Comment suggestions (no flavour or new decisions since i dont know how to add them, this is pretty much my first real mod, i have messed with files a bit in the past but this is my real first big project)
