Finally, Black Arctic Episode One is released! Enjoy!
filesystem_stdio.dll got flagged by my AntiVirus software, and when I tried to run the mod anyway, it gave me a rather vicious error message.
I eventually got it working by taking the valve directory, renaming it to "black_arctic" and putting it into my normal Xash'd version of Half-Life.
Oh, I see why you had HEV startup messages.
