These troops, equipped with skull-shaped facemasks and more advanced hoverboards, have been reborn as Skullriders - the elite all-terrain soldiers protecting Yuri's Tower.
Their increased strength and resistance to mind control, crushing, bullets, and melee weapons are not their only assets. Instead of toxin grenades, they wield highly energized psionic bombs, which they hurl directly at their enemies with great force using both arms. This makes them more effective against armored forces. Be wary of them, as they are a formidable force to be reckoned with.

So, they don't have deploy ability just the Duneriders?
No, these single-strike deploy functions on infantry are often unreliable, so we discarded the Dunerider one several patches ago. Thus, Skullrider has none either.
