The N64 and PSX tie-in game to the 2000 James Bond film The World is Not Enough. Eurcom taking over, TWINE was not developed by Rareware but modelled after GoldenEye 007 and Perfect Dark following the failure of the Third Person Tomorrow Never Dies tie-in. Eurocom would go on to create nearly all Bond games for the following ten years. Twine is generally considered a solid followup to GoldenEye.
