This mod randomizes: most of the enemy spawns, including boss fights, the enemy HP, the items that the Merchant sells, the starting inventory for Leon, and the firepower/capacity upgrades. It was made for the Steam, PC version of the game, and it's compatible with the HD project mod.

why is Mendez in vanilla graphics?
Because I used Vanilla game to test the alpha builds lol. Then I switched to HD Project.
