HOW TO INSTALL:
Place all the .xml files in the folder Xtreme Particles Mod into your game's directory GRID/effects/particle_systems
Replace the original files. Back them up if you want, but a copy of the original files have been included with this mod should you ever want to uninstall the mod.
CHANGES INCLUDE (v1.0):
-All smoke and dust from tires, dirt, sand, and gravel have been enhanced and last longer.
-All Sparks and debri now have collision and extended life time, plus velocity changes to match your vehicles current velocity.
-Extra debri/sparks from collisions + extended life time
-Added debri and sparks to smaller collisions as well.
-Glass shards now have collision + extended life time
-Grass and dirt clumps have extended life time-Changed radiator smoke
-Other changes
KNOWN ISSUES:
-Smoke in general can randomly disappear or look "too thick" in some places
-Particles fail to spawn sometimes. Unknown what causes this, but I believe it has something to do with too many particles spawning and a hard limit in the game's engine being in place.

When using 2k or 4k resolution it seems that the particules are responsible of enormous lag spikes
